What does camping at the London Bridge Renaissance Faire include?

  • Designated camping spot to set up for the duration of the faire
  • Two Adult Weekend Passes  ($30 value.  Additional passes must be purchased for event entry either online or at the main gate during faire operation hours.)
  • Separate gate entrance & parking for camping guests
  • Restrooms located on site
  • After hours Thirsty Wolf Tavern from 7:30-10:30pm on Friday and Saturday. Includes extended bar hours, music, & entertainment.   Please be advised that this area is restricted for guests 18 & older.
  • Select vendors will remain open for business after the gates close to participate in the after hours festivities!

How do I reserve my spot?
You must purchase your camping package online below.  A limited number of spots are available, so package availability is not guaranteed. Choose from the following two packages:

                                      PACKAGE A:   $100.00 + $5 online processing fee

                                                         - 10ft x 25ft dry camping spot (six campers max occupancy)

                                      PACKAGE B:   $150.00 + $5 online processing fee

                                                         - 10ft x 50ft dry camping spot (ten campers max occupancy; RVs allowed, no hookups)

When is check-in/ check-out?

  • Check-in will be open from 4pm-9pm on Thursday, March 8th. This will allow campers time to get settled in & ready for faire opening on Friday morning. All campers must be checked out no later than 5pm on Sunday, March 11th.

Where do we park & set up?

  • Campers will be directed to the camping entrance upon arrival. You will receive your packet at check-in & will be directed to your camping spot as well as to additional camper parking.

Do I have to purchase additional weekend passes?

  • Camping packages include two Adult Weekend Passes. You must purchase a Weekend Pass for each additional member in your group online prior to the event or at the main entrance during the faire. 

Do I have to go to the Faire to purchase camping packages?

  • No, as a camping guest you are allowed to enjoy the convenience of camping at the faire grounds as well as have access to the restrooms, the Thirsty Wolf Tavern, extended bar hours, music, & entertainment, whether or not you attend the faire during operating hours.  You must be wearing a Camping wristband to be allowed into the camping area.

General Rules:

  1. All camping attendees must be 18 years of age or older & have valid ID or  be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A waiver must be signed upon check-in. This is a release of liability & an agreement to abide by all camping rules.
  2.  Campers can check-in Thursday, March 8th from 4pm-9pm. Friday & Saturday check-in times are from 9am-9pm. There is no early check in on Thursday, March 8th. If you need to check in at a different time, contact us prior to the event & we will try to accommodate as much as possible. Times are subject to change.
  3. Camping packages include two Adult Weekend Passes. You must purchase a Weekend Pass for each additional member in your group online prior to the event or at the main entrance during the faire.  At camping check-in, you will be given a Weekend Pass wristband as well as a Camping wristband with proof of purchase. You will not be allowed into the camping area without a Camping wristband. You will not be allowed into the Faire without a Weekend Pass wristband.
  4. All campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers.
  5. Noise curfew is 11:00pm.
  6. Please be advised that the campsite will be on lockdown between the hours of 11:00pm – 6am nightly.  If you need to leave prior to 6am on Sunday, you need to do so before 11:00pm.
  7. You may bring your own food & non-alcoholic drinks into the designated camping area ONLY. No outside food or beverages of any kind are allowed in the event area with the exception of water.
  8.  No outside alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed. 
  9. No glass containers of any kind.
  10. No weapons allowed.
  11. No animals allowed in the campground other than service animals.
  12. No open flames, fireworks, or explosives of any kind.
  13. No tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous, etc.
  14. No drones or remote-control aircraft.
  15. There will be on-site security at all times.
  16. London Bridge Renaissance Faire and its volunteers are not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended that you do not bring valuable items. If you do bring valuable items, please lock them in your car. Do not leave valuable items in your tent.
