Meet our Chef….
From Chef & Owner Karla Paola : My name is Karla Paola. I was born 31 years ago in a very small town in Mexico called Agua Prieta. From a very young age my culinary gifts were blooming. I loved playing in the garden and making mud pies, tacos de zacate with rose petals and a touch of earth and magically I was a chef. I always loved helping my grandmother in the kitchen. That's when I discovered my passion, not only for cooking, but also for the pleasure of giving, sharing and eating. I come from a very traditional, large, Catholic family, where sharing the table is our way of giving and receiving love. Without a doubt, my grandmother, whom I call nana, is my inspiration. If I could summarize in three words, my type of kitchen, would be Love, Color and Texture.
