Join Queen Mary of Scots at her Royal Tea!
.Inspired by Nostradamus a well-known French apothecary, Queen Mary of Scots is holding a very special tea this year. Join Her and her court as they are given a lesson in Herbology. Try out different teas that change color and bloom before your eyes. As with all of our teas, you will receive a box of pastries, tea samples, and a private audience with her majesty. Join us on April 5th, Friday, from 4pm to 6pm at the London Bridge Renaissance Faire in the esteemed Great Hall for an extraordinary journey into the enchanted realm of Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition! This is a beginner-friendly experience.
Embark on your adventure with our introductory session featuring "Lost Mines of Phandelver." Delve into the mechanics of the game and immerse yourself in a world of magic and mystery. As part of your experience, you'll receive a character sheet and dice to take home, ensuring your journey continues long after the session ends.
But that's not all! Your ticket also includes a premium beverage drink token, adding a touch of refreshment to your epic quest.
Please note that this is an add-on experience, and you must possess a general admission faire ticket to participate. Don't miss this chance to step into a realm of adventure and excitement!
BOOTCAMPS AND TRAININGS
Pirate Bootcamp
Spend a day at the fair immersed in the world of the Renaissance. Choose a quest and explore our realm! Can’t decide on one? Try a new adventure each day. Each experience is roughly 4 hours and includes a weekend pass to the event. Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older for the Portside experience.)
The package includes a weekend pass to the event, an intimate interactive experience, and two premium drink tickets at the completion of your pirate training (mocktails and soda are also available.).
Pirate training is from 12 pm-4pm on Saturday, April 6th. Take in the faire in the morning and then head to the Darksail encampment after lunch. Participants will engage in the following pirate activities:
Pirate games, gambling, learning your pirate name, sword fighting lessons, black powder training, a quest from Her Majesty, and more.
Knight in Training Bootcamp
This experience includes a weekend pass to the faire as well as a four hour long immersive knight experience. Learn chivalry and have the courage to protect the realm as you train as a knight in the areas of medieval arms, weapons and how to use them, spar in one to one combat, archery, and the knight's code of conduct. Each participant will ne sent on a messenger mission to deem their worthiness to the Queen. Participants also will take home a souvenir as well as one premium drink tickets (mocktails and sodas are also available.)
